\"\"\"\"The Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation<\/a> (OSSTF) will hold another one day strike tomorrow, but Chatham-Kent schools will not<\/span> be affected.<\/p>\n

The OSSTF began rotating strikes a month ago across the province while negotiations continue.<\/p>\n

\"\"Team Canada<\/a>‘s gold medal victory was watched by a lot of Canadians.<\/p>\n

\"\"Nearly 9 million of us tuned in to watch some part of the 2020 World Juniors Gold Medal Game Sunday. It’s now TSN<\/a>\u2019s most-watched World Juniors game ever broadcast from Europe.<\/p>\n

A lot of Russians tuned in too, unfortunately there was some confusion.<\/p>\n

\"\" The game was shown on Channel 1, Russia’s main state-owned station, not on Match TV, the main state-owned sports station. So, Match TV made a brilliant decision to broadcast the replay of the 2011 Juniors final at the same time. At one point the score of both games was 3-3, adding to the confusion. So, while many fans saw the actual game end 4-3 in Canada’s favor, many others saw a 5-3 win for Russia, never realizing they were watching something that happened nine years ago. One of those fooled was the chairman of the State Committee on Sports who tweeted out his love for Russian hockey. Ooops.<\/em><\/p>\n

Tim Horton’s<\/a> and Post Foods Canada<\/a> are teaming up for Timbits flavoured cereal.<\/p>\n

\"\" \"\"Stores across Canada will soon sell two versions of the cereal based on the tiny doughnuts that have been a staple on the chain’s menu since 1976: one chocolate-glazed flavour, and one birthday cake flavour.<\/p>\n

The cereal will be available “early this year”, no official date has been given.<\/p>\n

\"\"Yesterday we told you about a couple of new robots released at the Consumer Electronics Show<\/a> in Las Vegas. How about this one…<\/p>\n

\"\"Picking up dog poop is probably the least enjoyable part of owning a dog. If you\u2019re tired of doing it yourself, now you can let a robot do the job. A company called Beetl Robotics<\/a> has come up with a machine that does the whole messy job for you.<\/p>\n

How does it work? Well if you\u2019ve ever seen a Roomba in action, it’s pretty much like that. It\u2019s a compact machine that looks like a small lawnmower and it works all on its own. Beetl uses real-time image analysis to detect piles of poop in the grass. It then goes toward the poop, stops and uses a mechanical claw to pick it up. You can program the Beetl to stay only in your yard. Beetl puts the scooped poop inside a disposable container that you can lift out and toss in the trash.
