A guy wakes up and hears some criminals breaking into his stuff late at night. He goes out to warn them off (lives in a rural area) and fires off a .22. Now…one of those shots ricochets and hits one of the criminals. After the criminal was arrested…charged and convicted…he hires a lawyer to SUE the guy he was ripping off!! Why? He said the gunshot wound has caused him PTSD!! Is this…right??
