The Reaching for the Stars Optimist Club is thrilled to announce our upcoming 5th Annual FREE Family Fun Day!
The event will take place on Saturday, May 23rd , 2026 at Miracle Park – 6755 Wyandotte St. East

-To ensure every child has the best experience possible, we are hosting a designated Sensory Hour from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. During this time, the environment will be adjusted to allow children to enjoy our activities with fewer distractions and a calmer pace.
-Following the Sensory Hour, the excitement continues from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. with a full lineup of activities for the whole family to enjoy. Our schedule is packed with interactive stations, including creative crafts, sensory play areas, and coloring stations.

Attendees can look forward to meeting local firefighters, the always-entertaining Jangles the Clown, and iconic characters including Princesses, Superheroes, and the Ghostbusters! Additionally, we are honored to feature appearances by the Freddy from the Windsor Public Library Bus, Kind Minds, EarlyON, and the Guardians of the Children.

No family fun day is complete without great food! We will be serving free hot dogs and water to keep everyone energized, while supplies last. To make the day even sweeter, we are delighted to offer free ice cream cones courtesy of Dari Delite, also available while supplies last.

This FREE event is open to the public, and no registration is required.
