Should it be illegal??<br \/>\nIn 1998, Turkey&#8217;s constitutional court ruled that Adultery was no longer a crime. Before that, being caught with side-action could get you up to three years in prison. But NOW&#8230;there is a group in North America that would like to see a law like that here!! Married and get caught cheatin&#8217;&#8230;you don&#8217;t just land in divorce court&#8230;but in a court of law up on CHARGES of Adultery. Prison time&#8230;maybe&#8230;but chances are if found guilty&#8230;some sort of community service!
