I was the in game announcer for the Spitfires yesterday. I was to read on the PA all the sponsors&#8230;the goals&#8230;penalties etc. I was worried about getting someones name wrong&#8230;one in particular&#8230;Egor Afanasyev for the Spits. I even wrote his name out phonetically!! And OF COURSE the kid scores! So I am ready&#8230;going over and over in my head his name!! When my lips moved&#8230;I screwed it up!! Royally! I got half way thru his name and BLANKED!! I ACTUALLY heard the crowd laughing at my attempt! I felt like an IDIOT&#8230;totally embarrassed!! So&#8230;make me feel better?
