Carrie Underwood & Mike Fisher Helps Fundraiser
October 15, 2018 5:30 amCarrie Underwood and her husband, former Nashville Predators Captain Mike Fisher, raised nearly $600,000 for Danita’s Children, an organization dedicated to educating, empowering, and equipping the children and families of Haiti to become Christ-like leaders.
For the 2nd year in a row, the couple hosted the star-studded benefit near Nashville to raise awareness and funds. The evening included an intimate concert by Carrie and Brad Paisley. The invitation-only event was attended by over 450 patrons.
Carrie and Mike visited Danita’s Children center in Haiti in 2014 and have been passionate supporters ever since.
