Dierks Bentley Announces New Tour
October 29, 2018 5:35 amDierks Bentley just wrapped up his Mountain High tour and now he’s announcing plans to head out in early 2019 on the Burning Man tour. The trek launches on January 17th in Hamilton with special guests Jon Pardi, Tenille Townes and his own 90s country cover band Hot Country Knights. Of course, the tour is named after his current hit single “Burning Man” featuring Brothers Osborne.
Initial public on-sales are scheduled for Friday, November 2nd beginning at 10 am, and additional dates will be announced in the coming weeks. Dierks said,
“I talked to Jon Pardi last April about the idea of going back on the road together one last time, and I am so happy that I can finally let our fans in on this. I’m still coming off the high of playing Hollywood Bowl and the last tour but knowing that this Burning Man Tour with Pardi was out there waiting has been so awesome. We cannot wait to get back on the road!”
Dierks obviously loves being on the road and headlining in particular.
“I love headlining. I love knowing that we get to close the show down. I love that people come out to tailgate to my songs and write my name on the side of their windows and hold posters up during the show. It’s a great feeling for me and the guys in the band. It’s a great accomplishment. It’s also a journey, this journey. We have to keep moving forward and doing different things to keep this fun for us and keep it growing.”
