Florida Georgia Line Paying It Forward

Florida Georgia Line just scored their latest Number One song with “Simple,” and while they are definitely focused on their future, they’re also focused on repaying the kindness and generosity they were shown early in their career to other artists who are just getting started. Brian Kelley explains:

“We’ve had a lot of great mentors that literally have helped us from when we would show up with paint all over our bodies, all over our clothes, trying to figure out what life was and how to write songs and make ends meet. And we’re more determined than ever to help people that were in our spot. It’s cool to be that because everybody needs a little help, a little mentor and you know, we’re always trying to learn something too from somebody.”

Morgan Wallen got some help from the duo on his debut chart-topping single, “Up Down,” which was celebrated with a Number One party in Nashville earlier this week. FGL’s Tyler Hubbard was in attendance.
