Garth Brooks Ready For Notre Dame
October 17, 2018 9:51 amGarth Brooks’ upcoming concert at Notre Dame Stadium on Saturday, October 20th in front of 85 thousand or so fans will mark the first time he and his band will get to play his latest hit, “All Day Long.” Garth explains that it’s a perfect setting for the occasion.
“‘All Day Long’ is a perfect example of what’s coming for us. We’re working on an album right now where the whole central theme of it is just ‘fun.’ Let’s just have fun; let’s play some music. And what you got out of that was a traditional song that sounds brand new. It kinda flows into Notre Dame! I mean, Notre Dame is one of those places that’s been around for a hundred years, but never, ever let a concert in. So, here we go again – something new and something that’s traditional. I think that’s probably going to be the theme of, probably, the next two or three years of our lives.”
“All Day Long” is the debut release from Garth’s upcoming studio album. The Notre Dame Stadium show is already sold-out.
