More Performers & Presenters For CCMA Awards
September 4, 2019 1:00 pmThe stage has been set and Calgary will soon come to life with the best that country music has to offer.
Today the Canadian Country Music Association (CCMA) and Global announced their incredible final list of appearances for the 2019 CCMA Awards presented by TD.
Hosted by Dallas Smith and Billy Ray Cyrus, the 2019 CCMA Awards presented by TD will air live on Global on September 8 at 9 p.m.
With only a handful of tickets left to the 2019 CCMA Awards, fans will want to grab one before they miss the opportunity to see multiple CCMA Award nominee Chad Brownlee, award-winning songwriter and performer Deric Ruttan and 2018 Female Artist of the Year nominee Madeline Merlo. They will be joined by Alberta’s own Gold medal Olympian Erica Weibe, ET Canada co-host Cheryl Hickey and JUNO Award-winning performer Alan Doyle.
The broadcast celebration of 2019’s Hall of Fame artist inductee Charlie Major will bring multiple JUNO and CCMA award-winning artist — and fellow Hall of Fame-er herself — Terri Clark to the stage. This outstanding Canadian will be joined by Shawn Austin, Andrew Hyatt and JoJo Mason for Canada’s biggest night in country music.
Joining previously announced performer Meghan Patrick will be chart-topping artist Mitchell Tenpenny and the evening will be rounded out with appearances by multiple 2018 CCMA Award-winning group The Washboard Union, GRAMMY Award-winning artist Pam Tillis, Big Brother Canada Season 7 winner Dane Rupert and runner-up Anthony Douglas and one of the most recognized voices in Canadian music, Jim Cuddy.
