Luke Combs To Honour Vets At ACM Awards
April 18, 2021 7:00 amFor the second year in a row, Luke Combs will honour military veterans at the ACM Awards on Sunday, April 18th in partnership with Ford and Guitars 4 Vets, an organization that helps veterans cope with PTSD by providing them with guitars and teaching them to play.
Sounds Like Nashville reports that Luke and a group of military veterans including Damon Williams — who participated in last year’s Ford Guitars 4 Vets initiative — will sing a song that Damon wrote called “It’s Alright.”
In addition to performing, Luke is nominated in three categories, including Entertainer, Male Artist and Music Event of the Year at the ACM Awards, which will air live from Nashville on CBS beginning at 8 p.m.
