Tim McGraw & Faith Hill Sell Tennessee Farm
July 6, 2021 8:45 amTim McGraw and Faith Hill have sold their 620-acre farm in Franklin, Tennessee for $15 million to a newly formed group of real estate investors.
The property includes a home previously owned by Hank Williams, Sr. as well as one of Williamson County’s oldest antebellum properties called Beechwood Hall.
Tim and Faith originally bought more than 750 acres of this property and sold 131 acres in 2015.

The couple is currently selling their nearly 20-acre private island in the Bahamas which is priced at $35 million, according to The New York Post.
Tim and Faith purchased the island, called L’île d’Anges, in 2003 but didn’t actually complete the residence and move in until 2012.
