Tim McGraw And Faith Hill Talk Filming 1883

If you tuned into the season premiere of “Yellowstone” on Sunday, November 7th, you would have seen the sneak peek of the prequel “1883”.

If Faith Hill looked uncomfortable, that’s because she was.

She rode a horse western-style while dressed in an authentic corset.

“Although it looks amazing, it’s terrible. I think I have a few ribs floating around in my body. This is real work. “

The show’s creator, Taylor Sheridan, is a stickler for realism. Instead of a Hollywood set, they filmed in the heat of a Texas summer.

In addition to the period clothing, the actors spent long stretches on horseback, and they also had to be authentic while going to the bathroom.

“You learn how to pick a tree, squat down, and do your business. [But] that’s why so many actors are drawn to Taylor’s writing because he’s portraying the story in a way that was lived.”

Tim McGraw loved it too.

“It’s super dusty and super hot. At the same time, it’s every kid’s fantasy to do something like this, to put your chaps on, your cowboy hat, and your gun holsters every day. You get on a horse and try to survive this journey.”

“1883” premieres December 19th
