Tracy Lawrence Raises Money For Charity
December 21, 2021 11:00 amThe numbers are in and Tracy Lawrence has raised $175,000 for the Nashville Rescue Mission this year.
That’s the largest amount the even has ever had in its entire 16 years.
Every year, just before U.S. Thanksgiving, Tracy hosts what he calls the Mission: Possible Turkey Fry and Benefit Concert, it gives support to the homeless and those in need.

During the annual turkey fry, Tracy was presented with the honorary title of Tennessee Colonel in recognition of his philanthropic service to Nashville and the state of Tennessee.
Launched in 2006, the nonprofit’s Turkey Fry event has since raised over $600,000 for Nashville Rescue Mission and has fried over 6,400 turkeys.
It has provided over 90,000 meals to the homeless and hungry of Middle Tennessee.
Dustin Lynch, Michael Ray, Lainey Wilson, and David Tolliver joined Tracey on stage.
