Rita Wilson Teams Up With Keith Urban, Willie Nelson, And More For A New “Duets” Album
September 1, 2022 6:05 amRita Wilson just announced her new duets album will be out on September 27th, and she brought in some heavy hitters to help out on it.
It’s called “Now & Forever: Duets”, and it’s all songs from the ’70s that she grew up listening to.
There are ten tracks, with a different singer joining her on each one, including Keith Urban, Willie Nelson, Tim McGraw, Vince Gill, Jimmie Allen, and Jackson Browne.
But even with all those names, it’s not really a “country” album.
With Keith, she did “Crazy Love” by Van Morrison, Willie sat in on “Slip Slidin’ Away” by Paul Simon, and Jimmie Allen helped out on “I’ll Be There” by The Jackson 5.
The other four singers are Smokey Robinson, Elvis Costello, Josh Groban, and Leslie Odom Jr. from “Hamilton”.
