John Rich Reacts To Garth Brooks’ Refusal To Boycott Certain Beers At His Bar
June 13, 2023 8:45 amLast week Garth Brooks made it clear he’ll be serving “every brand of beer” at his Nashville club.
Since it was a reference to the John Rich and Travis Tritt boycott, John was asked for his take.
“Garth has always been the guy saying, ‘everybody come to my show.’ It’s something we love about him. He makes his music for everybody. And that’s what music’s about. You’re making it for everybody. Beer is for everybody, too. [He] might find out NOT many people are going to order it. You have to put things in your establishment that people are going to purchase if you’re going to run a successful business. So, he might find that out.”
He added that if Garth wants to serve Bud Light in his bar, that’s his business, but his actual business may suffer because of it.
