Blake Shelton Celebrates 30th #1 Hit

Blake Shelton just celebrated his 30th #1 hit in country music with his song, “Texas”.

As of last year, only ten other country artists in history have more than 30, so it’s a big deal.

Although he still has a long way to get to the top.

George Strait has 60 #1s.

When asked about his latest success, Blake said…

“30 is a lot of anything, and to have 30 number one songs is unbelievable, and I’m really trying to take it all in. I have to thank the fans and the industry for their support throughout these years.”

Blake’s new album, “For Recreational Use Only”, comes out on Friday, May 9.
