Morgan Wallen Was Once Offered A Gospel Record Deal

Morgan Wallen recently got to play golf with Tom Brady in Tennessee, and Tom put the whole thing up on his YouTube.

At one point Tom asked Morgan if he always loved music, and Morgan said,

“Yeah, I started singing in church when I was three years old. My dad was a pastor, and my mom just recognized early on that I had a love for it. When I was five, I wanted a violin for Christmas, so I started learning it . . . [And] I was offered a southern gospel contract at seven years old. And my mom was like, ‘Nah, I want him to be a kid.’ Thankfully.”

So, Morgan’s career could have gone MUCH differently.
