Ella Langley Makes Her Band Watch “Game Film” After Shows

Ella Langley is very serious about her career.

In a recent interview, she said,

“I’m trying to go to stadiums. That is my goal. And I don’t care how long it takes me to get there . . . I’m going to do it.”

And she knows it’s going to take a lot of work. So, one way she likes to prep her band is an idea she stole from Kid Rock.

“My roommate, Trey Lewis, he was on tour with Kid Rock [for] a year, and he said that he records his whole show. [And then] he goes back in his greenroom and then makes his band watch the tape immediately afterwards . . . and they go through their show, just like a football game.”

So now Ella and her band watch “game film” of their own concerts, in order to get better. That’s next level.
