George Strait Teases The Return Of His Legendary Festival
October 21, 2025 7:13 amWhen George Strait hints at something, the country world listens.
He just posted the flyer from his 1999 George Strait Chevy Truck Music Festival, along with the caption, “Here’s a clue! Let us know your guess in the comments.”
That one line was enough to send fans into a tizzy, and now everyone’s convinced that this means he’s planning a massive comeback.
One fan wrote, “I still have my original brochure from that show. Best concert of my life. Please bring it back” . . . and another joked, “I would sell a kidney if it means seeing George and Tim on the same stage again.”
If the rumours are true, this would be a revival of one of the biggest tours in the history of country music.
The George Strait Country Music Festival took place three times from 1998 to 2000 and was the first to prove that country music could fill football stadiums.
Now, 25 years later, fans are hoping that George will bring it back once more.
And maybe Tim McGraw and Kenny Chesney will join him again?
Hopefully, we’ll know more soon.
