Keith Urban And Nicole Kidman Finalize Divorce

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have finalized their divorce after reaching a settlement filed in Davidson County Circuit Court in Nashville on Tuesday, January 6.

The actress and country music star, both 58, agreed to waive all child and spousal support rights, with each covering their own legal expenses.

Court documents show Kidman will have primary custody of their daughters, Faith, 15, and Sunday, 17, for 306 days annually, while Urban receives 59 days with the kids, including alternating weekends.

The parenting agreement requires both parents to “behave with each other and each child so as to provide a loving, stable, consistent and nurturing relationship with the child even though they are divorced.”

The settlement comes three months after Kidman filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences. The couple were married in June 2006, and separated last summer, according to sources.
