Miranda Lambert Headlines Concert Before Daytona 500

Miranda Lambert headlined the pre-race concert at the Daytona 500 on Sunday, February 15.

That race kicked off the 2026 Nascar season at Daytona International Speedway.

And with more than 100,000 fans in the stands, she admitted it’s a lot to take in.

Here she is talking to the press and joking about how nervous she was to do it.

“I mean, I think this would be one of the biggest stages, now that you mention it… thanks for making me nervous. Yeah, it’s just incredible, the amount of people here. But you know what, coming in here, it feels like… these are my people. Everybody was tailgating, it kind of felt like a concert already, you know what I mean? Everybody’s in a good mood, it’s a celebration, and it’s going to be a fun day.”

But she also said that race fans feel like home.
