Keith Urban’s Advice To Lainey Wilson

There’s no doubt that being a touring musician can be exhausting, but if you’re lucky enough to be living the dream, Keith Urban has some advice to keep life in perspective.

In fact, he shared it with Lainey Wilson once. 

“I had been on the road, I think we played 180-something shows that year.  And I saw him and I was telling him, I was just like, ‘I’m tired.’ And he was like, ‘No whining on the yacht.’  And I was like, ‘Keith, you better get up out my face.'”

Lainey adds that Keith also gave her advice about having a work-life balance.  He says that it’s, quote, “better to maintain balance than always be trying to achieve it.”
