An 81-year-old man suffering from dementia went viral for creating a song on the piano from four notes he was given.  

 

Then an orchestra played his song and invited him to conduct them and play with them.  

 

Here is Paul Harvey preparing to conduct the song with the orchestra . . .  then when he first created the tune . . . and finally playing the finished song with the full orchestra.
