Dramatic Rescue In Nova Scotia And A Cop Drives An Old Lady To Her Hair Appointment
July 29, 2022 5:12 amThis happened Sunday in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Five bystanders helped rescue a mother and young boy from drowning, after their car rolled into a bay. The front of the car was already submerged when the bystanders went into the water.
They grabbed what they could and held on tight, to keep it from going any further. One of them had a truck and they attached a rope to the car and towed it back to shore.
A police officer in Tennessee named Lance Hofmeister helped an 84-year-old woman get to her hair appointment. Her saw her walking alone along the highway with her walker, and decided to check on her.
She said she had taken a bus, and was trying to make it to a hair appointment, which was still a MILE up the road. He offered to give her a lift, and they chatted along the way. She got to the appointment in time to get her perm, and video of the cop’s good deed went viral on TikTok.
