A guy in Boston flashed a female runner the other day and picked the wrong woman.  We don’t know her name, but she’s 6-foot-1 and was an officer in the Israeli military.  She chased him down, tackled him, and held him there.  But no one stopped to help, so he got away when she tried to dial 911.  Luckily a security camera got it on video, and cops are looking for him.

A 71-year-old woman from France was flying back after visiting her daughter in Canada this month.  But she missed her connecting flight, and so did a 35-year-old guy she didn’t know.  So Air Canada offered to put them up in a hotel, but only if they shared a room.  Then when they got to the hotel, they found out the room only had one bed.  Air Canada claims the whole thing was a misunderstanding.  And after the woman’s daughter called, they eventually got her a separate room in another hotel.

But it’s now in remission.  And she recently had her final treatment.

She also just had a birthday earlier this month.  But she told her mom that she already had everything she needs.  So she wanted to donate ALL of her gifts to the various hospitals that treated her, so other kids there could have them.

WHY SLEEPING WITH THE FAN ON IS A REALLY BAD IDEA

It’s summer, and your might be tempted to sleep with a fan on, but that’s a bad idea.

The Sleep Advisor says while a fan does circulate air, it also can circulate pollen and dust. That’s not so great if you have allergies or asthma.

Other reasons not to sleep with your fan on: it can dry out your skin and also your nasal passages, which can give you a stuffy nose.

Also, sleeping with a fan on you can cause you to cramp up, as concentrated cool air can make muscles tense and leave you at risk for cramping.

PEOPLE ARE EATING MORE CHEESE THAN EVER BEFORE

Cheese is one of those foods that most people seem to enjoy. USDA agricultural economist Jerry Cessna says, “Cheese consumption has been growing over time.

Five years of data from the USDA shows Americans have steadily increased the amount of cheese eaten per person per year between 1977 and 2017 (the most recent year for data.) In that span of time they upped the amount of cheese eaten from 16 pounds to 37 pounds per person.

Analysts say this increase could be caused by the fact that we’re eating out and ordering in more often, so people are eating more of things like pizza. Plus, the convenience of pre-shredded or individually wrapped cheese has made it a go-to meal addition or snack option.

The other thing influencing cheese consumption are the current diet trends that are embracing “good” fats including whole milk products. In case you were wondering, mozzarella has been the most consumed type of cheese since 2010.

BLAKE SHELTON SAYS GARTH BROOKS WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN LEADING HIM TO CAREER –

LUKE BRYAN SAYS ‘CMA FEST’ TV SPECIAL IS ‘VERY IMPORTANT’ – (07/30/2019)

Luke Bryan is among the superstars performing during Sunday’s (August 4th) CMA Fest special airing on ABC at 8 p.m. ET. Luke has performed at several stadiums around the country, but taking the stage at Nissan Stadium in Nashville during the city’s annual CMA Fest is a huge deal. [“I mean, this is like a big award show-type crowd that’ll be watching this thing, and, yeah, it’s very important. You don’t want to go out and lay an egg. You want to go put a great show on cause the fans that are in the room, they’re gonna go watch it again, and another thing, it’s gonna make people that may not have been to this festival, they’re gonna want to come be a part of that. I mean, I remember six, seven years ago we had the lower level full, and then through the years, now it’s full from top to bottom, and I remember playing it, so it’s been fun watching CMA Music Fest grow to where it’s sold out every night, and that’s because we put a cool thing to watch on TV together for the fans.”]

Luke performs his latest hit, “Knockin’ Boots.”

Meghan Patrick Blasted Some Idiot Who Asked Her to Show Her Breasts

MEGHAN PATRICK stopped in the middle of her show on Saturday to call out some idiot in the crowd who asked her to show her breasts.

It was at the Hagersville Rocks festival south of Brantford . . . and somebody got it on video.  She’s about as mad as a person can be.  She’s clearly upset about being reduced to a sex object, instead of being appreciated for her music.

She was still feeling it the next day, so she hit up social media to vent a little more.

She talked about how she was thrilled to be headlining the show, and that it was going great and filled with “enthusiastic faces” . . . until the idiot disrespected her.  That’s when she “saw red” and tore into him.

She also talked about how this is her livelihood, her heart and soul, and that she gives everything she has . . . but it’s “devastating” to have something that means so much to her be degraded like that.

She did thank the rest of the “incredible audience” who stayed for the whole show and partied with her “after a very long, very hot day.”
