An Ohio couple received 55,000 identical letters at the same time due to a glitch in the system of a student loan company. Dan Cain said the clerk at the Post Office told him during a recent visit that all of his mail wouldn’t fit through the front door, so he pulled around back and was presented with 55,000 identical letters from College Avenue Student Loans.
The company told him the statement inside the letters was incorrect and they will be sending a corrected statement. Cain said he is now mulling what to do with the 55,000 incorrect statements.

ENTERTAINMENT
“Parasite” had a huge night at the Oscars, becoming the first Foreign-language movie to win Best Picture.
It also won Best International Feature and Best Original Screenplay . . . and Bong Joon Ho picked up Best Director. Meanwhile, “1917”, “Joker”, and “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” won three Oscars apiece.
All the big wins for “Parasite” were NOT good news for Netflix, which didn’t get much love from the Academy . . . again. Netflix came in with 24 nominations, which was more than any other studio.
But it only won two: Laura Dern won Best Supporting Actress for “Marriage Story”, and “American Factory” won Best Documentary Feature.

GOOD NEWS
Police in Milton, Ont., are praising a local teenager for her honesty after she turned over a large sum of cash she found.
She was walking in the town Saturday evening when she noticed a package on the ground.
They say that when the girl discovered the bag contained several bank deposit envelopes stuffed with thousands of dollars in cash, she immediately handed it over to the local police division.
Police say they quickly determined the money belonged to a business and had inadvertently been dropped by an employee.
The money was then returned to its rightful owner.
Police didn’t name the business or release the identity of the teen, however, they said “it is acts of honestly and civic duty like this that replenishes faith in the good-hearted nature of the majority of youth in our community.”

Now There Are Instagram Influencers Who Never Drink Water
In case you needed ANOTHER reason not to take serious health advice from Instagram influencers, here you go . . .
Apparently, there are some wellness influencers on Instagram who’ve stopped drinking WATER. They say they choose to hydrate from eating fruits and vegetables instead.
One says, quote, “Bottled water is probably really toxic and dirty,” and the push for us to all drink more water is, quote, “All business and huge marketing.”
Another says, quote, “I stopped drinking empty water from bottles or the tap. You hydrate with living water because there’s nothing in the water in bottles.”
So what do doctors say? One says, quote, “I would highly discourage people from giving up on water . . . we need water to break down all the nutrients, we need it for our metabolism. There’s so much more to suggest dehydration isn’t good for you.”

FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE ‘STAY IN STATE OF THANKFULNESS’
Like they sing about in their latest hit, “Blessings,” the guys in Florida Georgia Line know they have been blessed and try to take nothing for granted. In fact, Tyler Hubbard tells us that he and Brian Kelley make a daily conscious choice to be thankful for those blessings and the ones to come. [“We’re always trying to stay in kind of a mind state of thankfulness and we really have been blessed. And there was a time where we didn’t have anything to lose, kind of didn’t have a whole lot, and were just chasing a dream and a passion, and knew that God had a plan for us and knew there was a wife out there for us and a family. It’s hard to be in a bad mood or stay down too long if you’re kind of staying in that mind state of thankfulness. So I think you can kind of train yourself to be that way, no matter where you’re at or what you have materialistically. So, it’s something we’re working on and really enjoy trying to stay there.”]
FGL will play the stadium dates on Kenny Chesney‘s upcoming Chillaxification Tour beginning on April 18th at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.

Fire Destroyed Neal McCoy’s Tour Bus on Saturday, but He Performed That Night
A fire broke out on NEAL MCCOY’s tour bus Saturday morning on a highway near Mansfield, Louisiana. He was able to get OFF the bus in time, and no one was hurt. Unfortunately, the bus was totaled.
He went live on Facebook around 6:30 A.M. while it was STILL up in flames. You can tell he’s shaken up, who wouldn’t be. He was mostly getting the word out that everyone was okay. He also grieved a little for the bus, which he called “Old Glory.”
Despite the chaos he still did his show on Saturday in Alexandria, Louisiana.
Taste of Country put together a list of other country artists who’ve had tour bus fires or accidents. It includes Trace Adkins, Randy Houser, Lee Brice, Jerrod Niemann,
Joe Diffie, Willie Nelson, and Canaan Smith.
