A teacher name Amanda Lorenzo has gone viral with her demonstration on the importance of soap. She put ground pepper in a bowl of water and told her students the pepper represented a virus. Then she had a student dip her finger into it.
The pepper didn’t move, although some of it stuck to the girl’s finger. So she had the girl dip her finger into some soap.
Then she had the girl dip her soapy finger BACK into the original pepper water and when she did, the pepper spread out to the opposite sides of the dish and her finger had no more “virus” on it. ______________________________________________________________________________

DRINKERS GONNA DRINK:
The coronavirus is going to have an impact on a lot of things. And it has already brought about something new – now known as the “virtual happy hour”.
Some bosses, aware of current “social distancing” guidelines, and the fact that many people are working from home, and thus unable to “join the gang” at the local watering hole for some shop talk and socializing after work, are inviting their employees to join them via videoconference for a virtual happy hour.
That’s right – they turn on the computer or device cameras, pour a drink, and party with their co-workers remotely. The thinking is that people still need that social link to their co-workers, and for some, being isolated can cause emotional problems over time.
So it’s not surprising that some think that it’s smart to arrange to do the thing that keeps them happy and connected using the tools that they have.

HOW TO STRENGTHEN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM:
As the number of coronavirus cases continues to grow, here are some things that just might help you to avoid it:
➢ Take care of yourself: Practice good sleep hygiene, exercise, mediate. Meditation can help to reduce stress on your immune system.
➢ Take supplements: Start with vitamin D. Although it hasn’t been proven to beat coronavirus, it does slow the progression of viruses in general. Also suggested: Vitamin C, zinc, elderberry.
➢ Load up on fruits and vegetables: They are known to enhance your immune response. Put a bunch together in a smoothie if you like. (I’m guessing we should be really washing our produce well these days too…!)
➢ Get the flu shot: That way, if you do feel ill, you’ll know it’s probably not the flu. (And wouldn’t it suck to be the first person ever to catch the flu and coronavirus at the same time?)

TOM BRADY MOVING ON
TOM BRADY officially left the Patriots yesterday, after they were unable to come to terms on a new contract. Brady thanked the team and the fans. And according to reports, he’s signing a new deal with Tampa Bay, which is supposedly worth $30 million a year.
Tom is 42, and he’s repeatedly said that he wants to play until he’s 45 . . . but apparently, he and the Patriots didn’t see eye-to-eye on a new, multi-year deal.
Here’s one of Brady’s golden moments with the Patriots, winning Super Bowl 51 in overtime (2017), and becoming the first QB to get five rings under the same coach.
(One thing to watch next season . . . if the coronavirus permits . . . will be: Who can do better on their own, Belichick or Brady?)

LUKE COMBS CELEBRATES THE ‘RUN-OF-THE-MILL THINGS’ WITH ‘DOES TO ME’
They say it’s the little things that are most important, and Luke Combs celebrates that notion with his latest hit, “Does To Me.” [“The song is a lot of really kind of run-of-the-mill things that aren’t really exciting to anybody other than yourself and things that I guess the world maybe doesn’t think of as like really awesome achievements but they’re still things that you should be proud of and things that you should be able to say with confidence and say, ‘Hey, I did that. Maybe it’s not winning the gold medal at the Olympics but I’m proud of it and I’m proud that I did that, and it might not mean anything to anybody else, but it means something to me.'”]
“Does To Me,” featuring Eric Church, is a Top 20 hit and climbing on the charts.
Luke is set to resume his North American shows in mid-April, however there’s been no word yet on whether those dates have been affected by coronavirus concerns.

KEITH URBAN GIVES FANS FREE LIVE-STREAMED CONCERT
Circumstances have prevented Keith Urban‘s fans from coming to see him perform live so instead he brought the music to his fans via Instagram on Monday (March 16th) night. He set up with musician Jeff Linsenmaier, who played keyboards and percussion during the set. Their 30-plus minute performance was streamed live from a warehouse in Nashville that holds Keith’s gear.
He told viewers, ”We thought we’d just set this up and stream it tonight, mostly because I was supposed to be playing tonight, and I just thought it would be nice to be able to play to anyone.” He was scheduled to play the Houston Rodeo, which, of course, was canceled due to coronavirus concerns. Keith joked, “I’ve got limited people here of course. I’m just basically playing karaoke.”
Keith’s wife, Nicole Kidman, was also enjoying the performance, where she could be seen dancing off to the side.
