➢  A Canadian man rollerbladed  across the country and ended up breaking a Guinness World Record.  Zach Choboter began skating May 25 in Whistler, British Columbia, and arrived Monday in St. Johns, Newfoundland, after traveling just over 10,000 KM across Canada.

Here’s Zach Choboter explaining why he did it.

An unusual love triangle out of Creola, Alabama.  Tracy Reeves was secretly letting her boyfriend, Michael Amacker, live in her house,  the same house she lives in with her HUSBAND, Frank Reeves.  On Sunday night, shots rang out when Frank thought Michael was an intruder.   Both men shot each other.  Frank had to be taken to the hospital with a shot to the chest.  It turns out Michael had lived there for more than a YEAR (rent free).   Authorities also say that Tracy and her side dude were high on meth.

Here’s a shocked neighbor, and the Sheriff’s Captain.

Tomorrow is Red Wine Day and having a glass or two of red wine this weekend might actually benefit your health.

Researchers found that drinking three standard-size glasses (about 4.2 ounces) of red wine a week can lower blood pressure.

It’s thought flavonoids, which are found in the skin of red grapes, promote the relaxation of our arteries, allowing them to widen and therefore improve blood flow.

Still, experts say if you don’t drink alcohol already, you shouldn’t start, and that those who do drink should always keep official drinking guidelines in mind as well.

The trailer for “Spider-Man: No Way Home” broke the record for the most views in 24 hours after it was released online, a record previously held by the biggest box office hit of all-time, “Avengers: Endgame.” The new Spidey trailer racked up 355 million views in 24 hours, about 65 million more than “Endgame” did prior to that movie’s release in 2019. This comes after the trailer for “No Way Home” was initially leaked online over the weekend, spurring immediate online buzz and speculation that continued through the week. Sony plans to release the third film in the current Spider-Man series on Dec. 17.

TODAY IS……………….

Five Weekend Morning Mistakes That Can Screw Up Your Whole Week

It’s Friday!  Here are five weekend morning mistakes that can totally screw up the week ahead . . . how many are you guilty of?

  1. Sleeping in.  Researchers have found that having big variations in sleep and wake times leads to greater fatigue and less healthy behaviors overall.  It’s one thing to sleep in for an extra hour or two, but getting up at 7:00 A.M. on weekdays and noon on weekends could be a problem.

  1. Not hydrating.  Drinking water is really important first thing in the morning, especially after a night of drinking.

  1. Not holding yourself accountable.  It’s easy to stick to a routine on weekdays because we all have someone or something we’re accountable to, like work, or getting kids to school.  So try signing up for a weekend workout class or meeting a friend for coffee . . . just something to keep the routine going.

  1. Not prepping for the week ahead.  You should definitely relax on the weekend.  But it’s also an opportunity to prepare for the week ahead.  Like with meal prepping, or even just thinking about recipes you want to try and making sure you have the ingredients.

  1. Not getting outside.  Get some fresh air and sunshine this weekend.  Being outside has all kinds of health benefits, and research shows that morning light exposure can lead to better rest at night.

A Mom Quit Her Job and Now Makes $1,000 a Week . . . Dumpster Diving?

There was a time when a career in JUNK meant that you were a garbage man.

Now, people can earn a living by doing garage sales on eBay . . . “upcycling” old stuff on Etsy . . . “picking” antiques from hoarders . . . and buying abandoned storage units in the hopes of uncovering valuables.

And now, a 32-year-old mother of four in Dallas has been able to quit her full-time job, because she’s making around $1,000 a week . . . DUMPSTER DIVING.

Her name is Tiffany She’ree, and she first got into dumpster diving after watching some YouTube videos about it back in 2016.

She mostly targets commercial trash . . . like the dumpsters behind stores like Victoria’s Secret, Bed Bath & Beyond, Party City, and Ulta.  They sometimes toss new or returned merchandise that they can’t sell for whatever reason.

Tiffany looks for anything that SHE could sell . . . and apparently makes enough to help support her family.  If that seems hard to believe, check out her TikTok feed, @DumpsterDivingMama, where she shares her “scores.”

Dumpster diving is technically NOT illegal, but a lot of dumpsters are on private property, and if there are “no trespassing” signs the store could come after you and you could be fined.  That said, it’s unlikely anyone will care if you don’t damage anything and you don’t make a mess.

JAMESON RODGERS – REAL OR FAKE BEER

Tim McGraw on the Moment He Decided to Get Sober

You know what frightens TIM MCGRAW?  FAITH HILL.  That’s what he admitted in a new interview with Esquire.  Quote, “My wife always says, ‘You’re not scared of anything.’  I say, ‘Ehhh, one thing.  I’m looking at it right now.”

He’s kinda joking, but Faith is THE major force in his life.  He might not even be here if she didn’t help him get sober back in 2008.

Quote, “I remember a moment when I was getting out of bed and going to the liquor cabinet and taking a big shot at eight in the morning and thinking, ‘I have to wake the kids up.’  I went straight to my wife and said, ‘This is where I’m at.’  I was scared.

“She grabbed me, hugged me, and changed my life.”  Their relationship isn’t all roses.  That’s impossible.  But they do what it takes to keep it strong.

Quote, “Love is being angry.  Love is not talking for a day.  Love is getting in each other’s face.  Love is accepting that I’m wrong.  Love is a 360 degree thing.  It’s not linear.”

Tim McGraw — is giving fans an inside look at his role in the upcoming “Yellowstone” prequel series “1883”. In an Instagram post, he shared 2 photos, the first of a leather-bound book stamped with the name ‘J. Dutton’, and the second of a pair of jeans with black powder on the leg. The show premieres Dec. 19 on Paramount+.

Luke actually wrote the song a couple of years ago while in a parking lot in Orange Beach, AL. He tells us: [“It’s a song that we wrote, you know, with with football in the South and mind. So it’s a fun song, super upbeat, kind of as much of a headbanger, I guess, as you’re going to get out of me. So I’m really looking forward to seeing what people think about it. It’s my first new song in a while, so I’m a little nervous and really excited.”] SOUNDCUE (:19 OC: . . . and really excited.)

Check Out Tyler Farr’s Sad-Looking Hot Tub He Bought at 2:00 A.M.

TYLER FARR had a very weak moment in the wee hours recently, and bought himself a hot tub online.  He posted a video, and whatever he paid . . . it was too much.  Now he’s on a mission to keep you from doing the same.

Here’s what he said in the clip, quote, “This was another late-night buy on Amazon.  I suggest all children, all adults . . . females and male . . . to NOT do it, because sometimes it just works out really bad.  I’m about to show you.”

Then he points the camera at it, and wow . . . it’s all torn-up and scratched, and looking like something that’s been sitting in a trash heap.

He added, quote, “This is what happens when you buy a damn hot tub off Amazon about 2:00 A.M.  Just don’t folks, don’t do it.  Man, had a country blow out.”
