It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the death of Camilla Trudell, who passed away peacefully on July 2, 2023 at the age of 97 at Riverview Gardens in Chatham.
She was predeceased by her parents, James and Laura Glavin as well as siblings Rita, John, Tom, Lorraine and Mary. Beloved wife of 70+ years to the late Raymond (2020). Loving mother to her 5 darlings Mary Carol Heaven (Ted), David (Marilyn), Catherine, Vince (Sheila) and Brian.

She witnessed many changes in her life from riding in a horse and buggy to elementary school with her sister to enjoying Facetime visits with family during the pandemic.
Her Catholic faith was a great source of strength her whole life long and she was a faithful Catholic Women’s League member for 70+ years. Her pride in her Irish roots encouraged lively St. Patrick’s Days at our home.
A special thanks to all of the staff at Riverview Gardens for their exemplary care and support.
In true Camilla character her last spoken words were “God Bless You.”
