Jean Katheleen (Kay) Williams (nee Robbins) was born in Chatham Township on November 2, 1932 to the late Willie & Mandy Robbins. Kay accepted the Lord as her Savior at an early age and was Baptized in the Sydenham River near Dresden, Ontario at the 8th June, 1947 by Henry L. Talbot (Minister of Union Baptist Church). 

Later she rededicated her life to the Lord February 22nd, 2009.

Beloved mother of Randy Lee Williams of Grand Bend and wife Janice, Curtis Anthony Williams of Chatham and Karrie Lynn Williams of Temperance, Michigan.

Predeceased by son, Blake Allan Williams in a motorcycle accident in 2001.

Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren, Emilee, Ryan, Jonathan, Isaac, Joshua, Madison, Kadyn, Jace, Jessy, and many great-grandchildren.

She leaves to mourn her passing one brother, Vern Robbins of Windsor. She is predeceased by sisters, Helen Handsor-Burnett (Jan, 1985), Edith Jones (2007), Elsie Highgate (2016), Dorothy Travis (2022), and brothers Ernest Robbins (1988), John Robbins (1998), Carl Robbins (1995), Glen Robbins (2009) and Roy Robbins (infant).

Many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Jean Katheleen will be forever missed by her presence but not from our hearts.
Family to receive friends on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm & 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham. A Celebration of Jean Katheleen’s life will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.

In memory of Katheleen, donations may be made to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
