The 30-Day Money Diet
February 20, 2020 4:16 pmAnybody else feel like they could use a help in the finance department? (smile)
I’ve been trying to get better at money. If that’s a thing. I’ve got a budget planner. I’m paying closer attention to what we buy.
Can I say that I am always shocked at just how much money we spend at the grocery store every weekend only to end up with an empty fridge by Thursday. Where does it all go?
I ask that question a LOT. Where does our money go? How do we spend less?
If you are trying to figure out where all your money goes or if you are looking to stop wasting money between paycheques – one financial expert is recommending the “30-day money diet”.
No shopping. No credit cards. No eating out. And NO SOCIAL MEDIA. For 30 days. Gulp.
I wish I learned this when I was younger. I wish it didn’t take so long to realize just how important it is to save and budget and PLAN for the future. Like retirement.
