Don’t get scammed. The demand is high for Taylor Swift tickets and with it, the scammers are trying to get people to pay big bucks for fake tickets. Don’t fall for it. Taylor has six Toronto dates for NEXT November – the ONLY Canadian stop on her Eras Tour and it’s expected to draw fans from all over the country and the world and Ottawa police are warning people about fake ticket sales with some people losing up to $2,000. They say reported losses have totaled more than $12,000 in the last three days alone. They say the risk goes up significantly when making purchases online and are urging buyers to take time to MEET with prospective sellers and inspect what they are buying before handing over the cash.
Ed Sheeran has ANOTHER new album coming out on September 29th. Autumn Variations will be his second album in six months. 14-new songs. Ed explains the reason for the album, saying
“Last autumn, I found that my friends and I were going through so many life changes. After the heat of the summer, everything either calmed, settled, fell apart, came to a head, or imploded,” “When I went through a difficult time at the start of last year, writing songs helped me understand my feelings and come to terms with what was going on.”
If you think the mosquitoes are really bad this year? You’re not wrong. Blame the heat and all that rain.
“Hot and rainy is almost the ideal for mosquitoes. There’s going to be lots of places for the females to lay their eggs and because it’s warm, the developmental time will be faster, so they will emerge earlier and they could get extra generations in,”
For now, keep the bug spray nearby, wear light, loose fitting clothing. And someone recommends spraying doors and windows around the house to keep them from sneaking in. Nobody likes to go to bed and hear that buzzing in their ears.
