It could explain why some days at work we aren’t focused, can’t concentrate and can’t seem to get anything done.
We need better sleep. Less social media scrolling. Time to think about work OUTSIDE of work. We’re spending too much time ruminating. Replaying the worst of the workday over and over. Maybe it’s a messy workspace. Burnout.
