Motivation Monday – Help Getting To Your Goals

January 13.  How are you doing with the goals you set for yourself almost two weeks ago?  How are you doing with those resolutions?  If you’re struggling or you want to give up or you already have – I get it.  Me too.

Last Monday I was determined, focused, clear on my resolutions.  And coming off a nearly two week vacation, it was easier.  Now, after a full week of back to work and back to some sort of routine, it’s a bit more challenging.  It’s easy to fall back into old habits and makes those newly set goals seem even further away.

BUT, if you don’t want to lose the momentum and don’t want to give up on your goals yet and you just need some help reaching them – watch this.

I love Mel Robbins.  Always a dose of encouragement and motivation when you need it.   Here’s to NOT giving up on the things we want to do and how we want to feel and those goals and dreams we have for ourselves.
