Anybody else get a little frustrated with themselves?  You want to eat better, exercise, do more, but you feel “stuck”?

I hope that’s not just me.  I’ve restarted my New Years resolutions over a few times already and it’s only February 20th.

I love Mel Robbins podcasts and I love this conversation she has with a doctor who explains there are four things we need to do to change our lives for the better.
