Tasty Tuesday – Try This Soup!

I made this soup on the weekend and wanted to share with you!

On those blustery cold, snow filled days – a bowl of hot soup really “warms the bones”! as my mom used to say.

20 Minute Broccoli Cheese Soup

Super easy.  I used frozen broccoli and instead of chopping everything up as it says in the recipe – I boiled it til soft and then blended in small batches in the blender.

So much flavour and so delicious – even better when you get to enjoy with a few pieces of leftover bacon! lol
