How would you answer that question? Me? I was nodding my head and shouting “Yes!”
Seriously. How much time do we spend on our phones? All the apps, the social media, the scrolling. How many times do you sit in front of the tv or at the dinner table with your phone? How many hours go by as you mindlessly scroll social media?
