OMG! You guys!  I just realized that today is New Kids on the Block Day!!!!   (thanks to a little help from CHAT GPT – a poem dedicated to the band)

I mean, I admit I loved listening to NKOTB.  My sister however was the biggest fan in our house.  I had Duran Duran on the walls, she had Joey, Jordan, Jon, Donnie and Danny.

Today we are going Step by Step into that retro groove, with Joey, Jordan, Jon, Donnie, and Danny—we’re in the mood!

It’s NKOTB Day on the FOX🎤
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh! — we’re Hangin’ Tough!
Sarnia’s got The Right Stuff — never enough!
Step by Step, we’re feeling that beat,
Like it’s ‘90-something on repeat!

Jordan hits those high notes right from the start!
Danny brings the moves, smooth and tight,
Jon’s got the charm that feels just right.
And Donnie? Please—he brings the fire,
That bad boy energy we still admire!

It’s a Full Service party, NKOTB for all!
We’re still cruisin’ to Boston beats,
With posters on walls and dancing in seats.

From Cover Girl to Tonight on blast,
We’re Blockheads forever—our love will last!

So tell your inner teen, “Girl, I’ll Be Loving You (Forever),”
Because NKOTB made our hearts light as a feather!

Let’s celebrate with laughter, music, and play—
It’s NKOTB Day, and Sarnia’s too cool!
