Tasty Tuesday — Easy Comfort Food

I remember having this as a kid and absolutely HATING it. I’m not sure what happened, but it’s become one of my favourite comfort foods. I don’t make it a lot, but it’s whats for dinner at our house tonight.

Some call it Beef Gravy?

It’s beef. It’s gravy. Served over mashed potatoes. Add some sort of veggie. Bam. Dinner’s done.

It doesn’t cost too much and it’s delicious. I just didn’t think so when I was a kid. (smile).
