1. Wake up with the intention that something wonderful will happen to you. When you expect great things you’re more likely to experience them!
2. Kick off your morning with self-love and appreciation. As you start your morning, remind yourself that you’re a good person, you’re doing the best you can and you’re worthy and deserving of good things.
3. Do something to help your future self. Whether it’s spending 30 minutes doing one action item that you have been putting off that moves you closer to your goal, 10 minutes visualizing your dream home, job, partner or vacation or an extra 15 minutes of cardio — it will get you focused and moving toward your life dreams.
4. Do something nice for a friend, neighbor, nature or the planet. Give a compliment, a helping hand or someone a positivity boost.
