“Folklore” & “Evermore” May Be Part Of A TRILOGY?
December 15, 2020 9:13 amTaylor Swift is clearly capable of some big surprises, but could there be a THIRD album coming, in less than a year?!
Fans think so! They believe that Folklore (which came out July 24th, 2020) and Evermore (came out last Friday, December 11th, 2020) are part of a trilogy.
There are a few reasons for this:
1. Fans noticed that on the deluxe edition of Folklore, the cover features the word “woodvale” hidden in trees. Check out THIS Reddit link where you can open expand on the photo and see for yourself.
2. There’s a clip circulating from Folklore: The Long Pond Studio Sessions, in which she corrects herself when she mistakenly says “trilogy” instead of “trinity” while discussing songs from the album. “You can see Jack Antanoff’s reaction to Taylor saying “trilogy” and then correcting herself.
Now Taylor said in a Jimmy Kimmel interview on Monday, December 14th that the theories are untrue.
But many fans still aren’t buying it! Check out the full thing here:
WHAT DO YOU THINK?
When fan theories circulate like this, the best thing to do is check out Twitter. Here’s some great (but totally out there) ones:
