HOMEGROWN HIT – Josie Elysia ‘The Cave’

This week’s Homegrown Hit artist was born in Brampton but has called Windsor home for over 10 years.  Like a lot of us, Josie Elysia grew up in the ’emo’ scene loving bands like Paramore, Panic at The Disco, and Fall out Boy (it’s no wonder she’s so great with makeup, make sure you follow her on Instagram!)

We’re excited to debut her new track The Cave this weekend, listen here to find out if she’s still full of teenage angst:

Some more fun stuff about Josie… she actually has a degree in philosophy and loves storytelling.  If you’ve ever read Plato’s allegory of the cave you will really appreciate the lyrics in The Cave.  Failing that, just watch The Matrix and you should be set. 😉 )
