Kacey Musgraves’ Beef With Miranda Lambert Is Over

Kacey Musgraves says there was beef with Miranda Lambert, and it was, quote, “grass-fed, grade A.” 

But that’s over, and now they have a song together called “Horses and Divorces”. 

It’s on Kacey’s new album, “Middle of Nowhere”, which came out last Friday. 

“I love this song, because it’s not coming from some contrived place in a writing room.  We’ve come together after years of really, honestly, not being friends. I had this idea one day when I saw her on Instagram, riding one of her horses, and I thought, ‘Well, I guess we have two things in common: horses and divorces.’  And I was like, ‘Wait, that’s a song.'”

Kacey also announced the album’s tour, which kicks off in August and includes a stop in Toronto.   

She has a few album release shows next week in Texas.  She’ll be joined by the Mariachi Brothers, after previously advocating for their release when they were detained by ICE.
