Scotty McCreery Song Featured In “The Dink”

Scotty McCreery’s song “Five More Minutes” is featured in the new Apple TV+ movie “The Dink.”

It stars Jake Johnson as a former tennis prodigy whose tennis career has long since unravelled.

Mary Steenburgen’s character tries to turn Johnson onto Country music, but his character has made it abundantly clear throughout the film that he can’t stand Country Music.

She insists that he give one of her carefully curated Country playlists a chance; he does so with more reluctance than enthusiasm.

The film then cuts to Johnson alone in his apartment, tears streaming down his face as ‘Five More Minutes’ pours through the speakers.
