Thornton, Bob (Age 88, Mitchell)

Bob Thornton, of Mitchell and formerly of Brussels passed away suddenly at his residence on Saturday, May 30th at the age of 88.

Beloved husband of the late Carolyn. Dear father of Steven & Patti, and Twyla & Murray. Dear father-in-law of Jerry Cosstick. Loving grandfather of 7. Cherished great grandfather of 5. He will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his daughter Dianne.

A Celebration of Bob’s life will be held at the Lockhart Reception Centre, Mitchell on Friday, June 5th from 3 to 5 p.m.
