Sweiger, Doris (Age 94, Dobbinton)

Doris “Dorie” Sweiger of Dobbinton passed away after a brief illness at Brightshores Health System, Southampton, on Wednesday, September 23rd, in her 95th year.

Loving mother of Tim & Pearl, Ted & Connie, Tom & Karen, Terry & Louise, and Todd & Janice. Cherished grandmother of 10, and great-grandmother of 15. Dorie was predeceased by her beloved husband Jack, sister Georgie & Bob, brother Bruce & Glenna, and her parents, James & Evelyn Clements.

A memorial service honouring Dorie’s life will be held at the Chesley Community Centre on Sunday, October 4th, at 1 p.m. A celebration of her life will follow from 2 to 5 p.m. Private inurnment in Chesley Cemetery.
