Celebrity Status – Obi Wan, Obi Two, Tom And Giselle, And Kelly Clarkson
September 8, 2022 9:40 amFor Thursday, September 8th:
This fall, The Kelly Clarkson Show will take over the afternoon time slot of the long-running Ellen DeGeneres Show. Kelly doesn’t see it so much as filling Ellen’s shoes — she says, “No one can do that…” — but rather, it’s an opportunity to reach more people. The show has won 13 Daytime Emmy Awards, so she must be doing something right!
Season 4 for Kelly kicks off Sept. 12 with guests Lin-Manuel Miranda, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton, Kenan Thompson, Garth Brooks, and more. (Side note: over the weekend, Kelly celebrated the 20th anniversary of her American Idol win!)
There’s been lots of chatter on gossip sites about Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen‘s marriage being in trouble, and now People is reporting they’re “hitting a rough patch.”
Ricky Martin is reportedly suing his nephew Dennis Sanchez for $20 million over the 21-year-old’s false sexual abuse allegations.
Kourtney Kardashian has been named “sustainability ambassador” for fast-fashion brand Boohoo, which was named one of the least sustainable fashion brands in 2019.
Ewan McGregor’s brother, Colin McGregor is a pilot in the Royal Air Force and his aviator nickname is “Obi-Two”… (side note: even if this is completely made up, it’s awesome and it should be his new nickname!)
