Marvel’s “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” broke a November box office record in North America, racking up roughly $180 million over the weekend, and $330 million globally. Waaaay back in second place was Black Adam with just over $8 million.
Dave Chappelle‘s return to ‘SNL’ came with no apologies — and plenty of jokes about Kanye West. Last week, Page Six reported that some “SNL” writers were planning a boycott in protest of Chappelle’s appearance.
Britney Spears is hoping to repair her relationship with her two sons. She has even stopped posting nude photos and racy videos to Instagram hoping that will encourage her children to come back into her life. Let’s just say… it can’t hurt, Britney!
Dua Lipa denies that she’s involved in the World Cup opening ceremony, and is calling on Qatar to fulfill its human rights pledges. BTS’ Jung Kook will perform at the opening ceremony, and will also be featured in the World Cup soundtrack.
In other headlines, Taylor Swift won 4 European MVAs including Best Artist and Best Video. Other winners included Nicki Minaj, Harry Styles and David Guetta
…and Jake Gyllenhaal has written a children’s book called The Secret Society of Aunts and Uncles.
