Celebrity Status – JT, J-Lo, Tina, And New Ghostbusters

The internet jumped to Jennifer Lopez‘s defense after she graciously answered a couple of awkward questions at the Golden Globes Sunday about Ben Affleck‘s resting misery face (and the memes!) and how she knows their relationship will last. J-Lo has a new album coming next month called ‘This Is Me … Now’, a sequel to her 2002 album ‘This Is Me … Then’. It will also be accompanied by a companion film of the same name on Prime Video.

Sony Pictures has announced a new release date for ‘Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire’. Originally scheduled for March 29th, the film will now hit theaters on March 22nd. The plot follows the Spengler family as they return to New York City to join forces with the original Ghostbusters.

Justin Timberlake has wiped his Instagram feed clean. The move has led to rumors that Timberlake may be gearing up to release new music, as artists sometimes clear their accounts in preparation for new projects.

Tina Fey will star in the comedy series ‘The Four Seasons’ for Netflix. The series, based on the 1981 feature film of the same name which starred Alan Alda, is co-created by Tina Fey about three married couples who take vacations together each season. Production is set to begin later this year.

And according to the coroner’s report released Tuesday, Sinead O’Connor died from “natural causes” in July. No other details were provided
